Need for a Nap!
Sometimes it's the strangest things that make you feel inadequate as a parent.
For me it's these photos I took, that probably seemed cute and funny at the time but attest to the fact that I was such a neglectful mother, that I didn't even put my child down for a nap IN HIS BED!?
What if we'd been touring the CN Tower at this moment and he'd just decided it was naptime right NOW!? Oh the tragical tragedies that could have befallen then!!
Somehow, in spite of our bumbling efforts though, they grow up and learn where their beds are, even if they can't find them till WELL past their bedtimes.
Thank goodness.
So it's challenge day over at Crop Suey! This month we want you to use 9 items on a layout, card or altered project. Multiples can count as one. Pay attention now, as we carefully count the items on the above example: 1. patterned paper 2. photos 3. buttons. Lots. 4. alphabet stickers. Lots of those too. 5. corrugated arrows. 6. rub-on birds. Can't STAND how cute those are! 7. tickets. 8. Wild card by October Afternoon. 9. ribbon. several bitty pieces left from something else.
See? Not so hard. You want to link yours to the comment section at Crop Suey by midnight EST on Feb 20 to get the chance to win a great prize!
