Never Too Old....

These photos were the source of the title -proving once again that you're never too old to have fun at the fair!!  We went for the deep fried chocolate covered cheese curds...(f'real!) but chickened out in the end and went with the usual turkey legs and funnel cakes!!  We did our favorite rides, the swing chair, the ferris wheel but the big draw for Mr B was to win us girls some stuffed toys!!  Makes him feel all virile and cool, y'know!  All the girls went home with something; mine was a CUTE Hello Kitty!!

That photo grid?  Postal Pics.  It's an app you can load onto your phone and upload your phone photos or instagram photos, or whatever, pick the kind of paper (aluminum is a choice) and a few days later they show up in your mailbox.  What a concept!!

And the washi stars?  WeR Memory Keepers new Washi adhesive sheets.  You can run them through your die cut machine, or Cricut or Silhouette or use your punches.  SO cool!!  And the wood grain title bit is MacTac shelf paper.  Still haven't got tired of that stuff!
The chipboard stars are Pink Paislee's Artisan Chipboard that you can mist, paint or color, as is the red word "fun"!  Also cool!

So while I was playing with the Washi sheets, I decided to make some cards.  I used a Martha Stewart punch for the butterflies.

Turns out, you can even heat emboss on Washi adhesive sheets!
