Cardabilities Sketch #107
Time for another card sketch! We have a new one posted today at Cardabilities. Here's what the sketch looks like….
And here's the card I made for it. I started by mixing pink and orange Inka Gold with modeling paste and applying it over a stencil. I tried not to mix the colors too much so you'd see some variation in the colors. After it dried, I decide it was too stark against the white card stock, so I ended up sponging on color with 4 different Tim Holtz distress inks. I added a Memory Box die cut, some sequins, a white embossed birthday greeting on vellum and called it a day.
Be sure to stop by the Cardabilities blog to see what the other designers have created. And to link up your own take on this sketch for a chance to win!!
Thanks for stopping by again today!
