Thinking of spring...
Hey-o, I've got a card to share with you today. I was missing the feeling of markers and stamps in my hands and this new stamp set from SimonSaysStamp was sitting on my desk tantalizing me, so I found a couple of card challenges to play along with. I used Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers to color the images and add some leafy/grassy lines. The bloom and leaves are stamped, colored and cut out and added on top. It all seemed a little ho-hum until I added some stitch lines to tie it all together with the flower. I'm ever so much more pleased with it now!
The first is for CAS(e) this Sketch #217
Here's the sketch they've provided for this week's challenge.
As well, the SimonSaysStamp Wednesday challenge is to use this Spring Color Inspiration idea board and I thought to myself...with pleasure!
