Sad Boy!

How pitiful are these photos?!  I've had them stashed in my photo pile for awhile now, but every time I looked at them they made my heart hurt a little!  And that's with a distance of 20+ years!  I can't remember what his deal was actually, I just know he went through a stage where he didn't like getting his photo taken with other kids.  Weird right?  Happily, he's out grown that stage and at 26 he is quite ready to ham for a photo.  Anywhere, any time.

I did this layout for a recent post at Love is in the Details.  Both Chelsea and I used our scrap stash packaging in a way that stretches our supplies creatively.

In my case, I used the back ground packaging insert (the sheet music photo mat) from some Pink Paislee London Market mistable chipboard buttons as well as the chipboard button sheet itself.

Once the remaining buttons were punched out, I could use it as a mask for misting on the background paper.

I used Mr Huey mists in blue and brown and I love the subtle but fun effect!

Check out the LiitD post to see what Chelsea did with her packaging!
