As they say in Minnesoda...

Ohhh, fer CUTE!!

I ordered these little zoo animal buttons from Lori at Love is in the Details, a while back with the plan to make some baby cards with them.  Little did I understand how far off the charts the cute factor would take them!!
This card has the openings cut with a Simon Says Stamp die. Then the top layer of paper is pop-dotted with a variety of mixed prints adhered behind.  Glue the buttons down, add a sentiment and you have an overload of adorable!
I did cut the shanks off the backs of the buttons to help them lay flush, and that's pretty easily done with a good pair of utility scissors.  Needle-nosed pliers twisted off any remaining plastic that had been left behind.
These two cards are a mix of patterned papers from my scraps drawer, miscellaneous chipboard stars, bakers twine, stamps and typewritten sentiments.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!

  1. Hi Norine. These cards are beautiful. Love the colors - what a wonderful way to welcome a little one. Love connecting with other paper crafters. I am following you via GFC. Stop by and say hi.
